Quiet Interval collects nothing. It has no servers, no accounts and no analytics, and it never connects to the internet, so there is nowhere for your data to go.
Only your timer settings: the session length, the reminder interval, the start delay and whether you prefer sound, haptics or both. They are kept on your device in the app's own storage so the app opens the way you left it. Your iPhone and your Apple Watch each keep their own settings; nothing is synced between them or to iCloud.
To cue you on time with the screen locked, Quiet Interval keeps an audio session open while a session runs. It only plays sound; it never uses the microphone and never records anything.
The watch app keeps itself running during a session so it can tap your wrist. It reads no health or motion data.
If Quiet Interval offers a purchase, it is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details or your Apple ID.
Quiet Interval collects no data from anyone, including children.
Deleting the app removes its settings. There is nothing on our side to delete, because nothing ever reaches us.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. If the app ever starts handling data in a new way, this page will say so before that version ships.
